Rev. Roderick A. Smith
Pastor Roderick is the Founding Pastor of Life and Godliness Fellowship Ministries, a nondenominational church rooted in holiness and the belief that God’s Word has the power to transform every area of life, from the inside out.
With a heart for people and a passion for the Gospel, Pastor Roderick brings the truth of Scripture to life in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. His preaching and teaching are marked by clarity, conviction, and a genuine love for those he serves, whether from the pulpit, in the counseling room, or in the community.
Pastor Roderick is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, a Certified Biblical Life Coach, and a Certified Biblical Marriage Coach, with more than 30 years of professional leadership experience. He walks alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s most critical moments and decisions.
But at the core of everything Pastor Roderick does is one driving purpose: to forward the mission of Life and Godliness Fellowship Ministries, to serve the community, and to help people make it to heaven. Every sermon preached, every life coached, and every family strengthened is in pursuit of that singular goal.
Evangelist Crystal A. Smith
Evangelist Crystal Smith is a wife, mother, evangelist, biblical life coach, and co-founder of Life & Godliness Fellowship Ministries. With more than 24 years in ministry, she has dedicated her life to serving others, sharing the Gospel, and helping people grow in their relationship with God.
Alongside her husband, Evangelist Crystal is passionate about creating a place where people can encounter God, grow in faith, and experience authentic community rooted in biblical truth. Her ministry is marked by compassion, authenticity, and a deep desire to see lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.
She is also the founder of It Was Necessary, a faith-based ministry and coaching movement created to help women heal from rejection, trauma, self-doubt, and past pain while discovering their God-given identity and purpose. Through teaching, coaching, outreach, and encouragement, she empowers women to recognize that every trial they have faced has purpose in God’s plan.
Known for her transparent and relatable approach to ministry, Evangelist Crystal has a heart for those who feel overlooked, broken, or uncertain of their worth. Her mission is to help others move from simply surviving to boldly walking in the purpose and calling God has placed on their lives.
